How to delete your account
Open the Mwanachuo app and go to Settings → Delete Social Account. This option will be placed below the Logout section in the app.

Delete your Mwanachuo social account
Account deletion is done only inside the Mwanachuo app. This protects the account owner and ensures deletion starts from an authenticated session.
What is deleted
Delete Social Account deletes only the Mwanachuo social account. After deletion, Mwanachuo social data is deleted from the backend automatically. Deleted social data cannot be recovered.
What is not deleted
Deleting your Mwanachuo social account does not delete your academic or ISMS account. Academic accounts are managed by the institution or official academic system, not by Mwanachuo.
Device data
Local cached data may also be cleared from the device depending on the app flow. Some device-level app data may also be removed by signing out, clearing app storage, or uninstalling the app.
